Bridgeport Delivery Network
The Bridgeport Delivery Network includes Bridgeport Hospital, the Ahlbin Rehabilitation Centers, United Visiting Nurse Association, Southern Connecticut Physicians, Southern Connecticut Health Network and Bridgeport Hospital Foundation. More

Greenwich Delivery Network
At the far western border of Connecticut, the Greenwich Delivery Network serves communities in western Fairfield County and eastern New York through the new Greenwich Hospital, Greenwich Physicians Association and Greenwich Hospital Hospice Services. More

Yale-New Haven Delivery Network
The Yale-New Haven Delivery Network includes Yale-New Haven Hospital, Yale-New Haven Children's Hospital, Yale-New Haven Psychiatric Hospital, Yale-New Haven Ambulatory Services Corporation, a PHO, an IPA and York Enterprises, a real estate management company which includes the Medical Center Pharmacy. Network participants
Network participants have limited their involvement to the Managed Care Network, which negotiates contracts on behalf of participating physicians and hospitals.

The Westerly Hospital
The Westerly Hospital, founded in 1921, is a 125-bed, nonprofit, acute care community hospital located in Westerly, R.I., and serving southern Rhode Island and southeastern Connecticut. With a medical staff of 120, The Westerly Hospital provides a full range of inpatient and outpatient services, including medical, surgical, obstetrical, gynecological, pediatric, intensive and emergency care. Approximately 40 percent of The Westerly Hospital's patients reside in southeastern Connecticut.
